📢 WFH GST Support Calling Project – Help Document

🏛️ Project Overview

We are excited to announce that we are participating in a Central Government Project focused on GST (Goods and Services Tax) Development.

As part of this initiative, we will be supporting companies in timely GST filing by making follow-up calls to GST-filing businesses and collecting feedback.

📞 Your Role and Responsibility

As a caller, your main duties include:

• 1. Ask if the company has filed their GST return.
• 2. Find out if they file monthly or quarterly.
• 3. Ask whether they require any help from our team.
• 4. If they are willing to take support, inform them that a team member will call them later for detailed guidance.

💰 Payment Structure

• You will receive ₹2 per call.
• A call must be at least 20 seconds long to be eligible for payment.
• All calls are automated and routed via the WFH App.
• You do not need to dial any number manually.

💼 Wallet & Withdrawal Details

• Your earnings are added to your wallet 5 minutes after each call ends.
• Once your wallet balance reaches ₹100 or more, you can transfer the amount to your registered bank account using Book URL’s payout API.
• Note: Bank transaction charges will be deducted from your wallet.
• It is advised not to withdraw small amounts frequently, as repeated deductions may reduce your total earnings.

🔐 Privacy & Security

• Your mobile number is not exposed to the customer.
• Customer numbers will also not be visible to you.
• This ensures full privacy and data protection on both sides.

📱 WFH App Installation Guide (Android Only)

The WFH app is not available on the Play Store. Follow these steps to install:

• 1. Open browser on your Android phone.
• 2. Go to: www.bookurl.info.
• 3. Click on the WFH Tab and register then only you will find download button of the WFH android app.
• 4. During installation:
  • Enable “Install Unknown Apps” permission in Android settings.
  • Allow all requested permissions (safe and required for app functionality).
• 5. The app is 100% secure and developed by Book URL.

📋 Call Feedback Submission

After every call, you must submit feedback:

• If the person is interested in support, mark as “Willing” and submit.
• If they are not interested, mark as “Not Willing” and submit.
• This step is crucial for tracking and payment.

🔄 Call Flow Summary

• The app will automatically call GST filing companies one by one.
• After each call:
  • Ask the questions listed above.
  • Submit feedback before the next call begins.
• Repeat the process.

❗ Strict Warning: No Cheating or Misuse

If you try to cheat Book URL by:

• Giving false or random feedback
• Staying silent for 20 seconds just to earn ₹2
• Not following the instructions properly

You WILL BE CAUGHT.

• Every call is recorded and monitored.
• If any misuse is detected:
  • Your account will be permanently blocked.
  • Your pending wallet balance will be forfeited.

⚠️ Important Legal Note:
Since this is a Central Government Project, any intentional misuse, fraud, or manipulation may also lead to police complaints and legal action as per government norms.

Please follow the rules strictly and maintain professional conduct at all times.

• This is a Work From Home (WFH) project.
• All work is handled through the mobile app.
• Minimal data usage and no manual effort for dialing numbers.
